RAIN LOCATIONS

Friday night’s performance of ASA! Kelenya will take place at the Brookland Artspace Lofts (3305 8th St NE) from 6:30- 7:00pm. Then, join us after the show for a gallery opening/ reception for visual artist Steve Prince at the Brookland Artspace Lofts.
In the event of rain during DanceAfrica, DC, the outdoor stage on Saturday & Sunday will be moved to the Edgewood Arts Center (3415 8th St NE). African Marketplace Vendors will be moved to the Edgewood Arts Center (3415 8th St NE) and the Dance Place (3225 8th St NE). Indoor performances will take place as planned. We also have umbrellas for sale! Don’t let the weather stop you from enjoying all that this magnificent festival has to offer.
