Elisa Bell

Elisa Bell (she/her/hers) is a seasoned marketing and product management leader with a diverse background across industries including CPG, beauty, retail, and transportation. After earning an MBA from Cornell University, Elisa worked at Clorox, Unilever, and Sephora, where she managed $100M+ P&Ls and led major brand initiatives. At Transurban, she led a brand refresh and launched the GoToll mobile app, which expanded nationally. Elisa is currently a senior leader at Capital One, where she oversees a team driving innovation in digital marketing platforms and marketing operations for U.S. Business Cards & Payments. 

Outside of her corporate work, Elisa and her husband Jason live in Northern Virginia raising their two children, Sloane and Stokely, and the family cat, Earl Grey.  Elisa is also a self-taught artist whose work is featured at Target, Society6, and Etsy.
