About the Company

ReVision is a contemporary modern dance company committed to artistic excellence and community building. Through performances, workshops and teaching residencies, ReVision works with diverse populations of professional dancers and novice movers. A unique aspect of our work is our dedication to engaging people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

ReVision is dedicated to involving everyone in the arts, dance and community. Students are invited to participate in conversation, rhythm and movement exercises and question/answer sessions. Participants are encouraged to explore their own creative ideas, and most importantly to trust their responses. Artistic Director Shannon Quinn has spent her career developing effective ways to introduce students and audiences to Modern dance and its relevance to our everyday lives. ReVision dancers share Shannon’s personal mission of bringing the joy of dance to everyone.
