Burlesque 101 Series
Step into the world of classic burlesque — where glamour, history, and self-expression meet. In this introductory workshop, Aquarius Moon guides you through the foundational techniques of the art form while celebrating the rich legacy of burlesque performance. Students will cover classic bumps, grinds, and shimmies, the showgirl stance and stage presence, and how to strut like a true burlesque queen. Each session focuses on a signature technique and prop — we will have extra robes, gloves and boas so if you don’t own any of the items we use in class no worries!

What to Bring: An oversized button-up long sleeve shirt OR a kimono style robe. Come ready to layer up and peel it back!
Glove Peels

What to Bring: A pair of gloves — any length, any color, any style. Don’t have a pair at home? No worries — gloves will be available to borrow or purchase on site.
Boa Play
November 15 at 2-3:30pm
What to Bring: A feather boa. Don’t have one? We’ve got you covered — boas will be available to borrow or purchase on site.
Intro to Burlesque Choreography

What to Bring: Comfortable clothing you can move in on the floor. Knee pads optional but recommended.
